  • Information about the specific packages:
    The Powerbuilding Package: The coaching style most of the gym enthusiasts need. Offering the perfect mix of building muscle size and raw power on the main lifts. This package offers the best ways to increase your Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift while building maximal muscle mass based on the latest scientific evidence. If you are looking for the best of both worlds, then this package is yours! The Powerlifting Package: Coaching to build your strongest Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift ever! Created for those who are looking to compete in Powerlifting or drastically increase their numbers on the three main lifts. The sculpting of the aesthetic physique is left behind as this does not contribute to the maximal development and recovery for the Powerlifting training style. The Bodybuilding Package: Coaching to achieve the most muscular physique possible. Exercise selection and strategies are based on what builds the most amount of muscle according to the latest scientific evidence. Less focus goes to the building of the main lifts as these do not necessarily contribute to the building and recovery required to achieve maximal muscle growth. The Pure Fat Loss Package: Your primary objective is fat loss. The best and easiest way to lose fat is by controlling your energy balance towards a calorie deficit. Our coaching will teach you how to easily track your food intake by the use of a nutrition app. If you want to see drastic changes on your weight scale and belly, while still gaining muscle mass and strength, then this package is your way to go! The Female Athlete Package: Women have the desire for those head-turning curves instead of the big and buffed appearance that men are looking for. Therefore we created the WOMEN’S COACHING PACKAGE which focuses solely on the female athlete. Based on your requests we will shape your body to its strongest and most confident version it has ever seen. Powerful ladies, this package is yours!
  • I don't know which package I should choose?
    Feel free to contact us! We will be happy to assist you! More information about each package is revealed by pointing the mouse cursor on a package. Our most advised package is the Powerbuilding package as this guarantees you with the mix of both Powerlifting and Bodybuilding to build raw power and muscle mass simultaneously. Only in specific cases (powerlifting, bodybuilding or pure fat loss goals) we would advise you to use one of the other packages. Even if you are still unsure after placing your purchase, in consultation with the coach your package can still be changed without any extra fees. It is our job as a coach to guide you through your journey, so making a mistake in the choice of a package is nothing to worry about. :)
  • Is there any experienced required for a coaching package?
    There is no experience required before starting coaching with My Powerbuilding. We guide beginners and advanced athletes step by step based on your understanding and level of experience.
  • What differs My Powerbuilding from typical personal trainers or coaches.
    My Powerbuilding strives for the most excellent results based on the knowledge and scientific evidence that we have in both worlds of Powerlifting and Bodybuilding. Unlike typical personal trainers and coaches that easily charge € 60+ / hour, our coaching offers the exercise library which explains all exercises in detail, step-by-step. Together with weekly technique analysis of your performed exercises on video done by our experts. Athletes can perform their workouts at any time, anywhere they want. Monthly prices for online coaching are also just a fraction in comparison to workouts (for example 3x/week) with a personal trainer.
  • What happens if I get injured during a coaching program?
    Depending on the injury, the training program will be temporarily paused or even refunded. According to research weight training in general is one of the safest sports (with a low rate of injuries) in the world. However injuries still may occur sooner or later. Of course it is our goal to elevate athletes safely through their training months without getting hurt.
  • Can I follow a training program when using limited equipment (for example training in my garage gym)?
    A complete personalized program will be created for you based on the available equipment. If you are short on equipment (for example in your garage gym), please mention this in your extensive intake form which you will have to fill in after your purchase.
  • Is it possible to follow a coaching package for one month?
    My Powerbuilding offers only personalized coaching. Coaching is a journey that we take on together to find your perfect training split, optimal training volume, exercises that suit your profile, define your technique. It is really hard to find these variables for an athlete within one month. Therefore we suggest to follow coaching for a period of at least three months.
  • Does My Powerbuilding offer coaching for women?
    Yes we do! Although My Powerbuilding is mostly focused on the male athlete, we do have the knowledge to coach women. Therefore we created the Female Athlete Coaching Package. Dear powerful ladies, this package is yours.
  • Are there types of coaching which My Powerbuilding does not offer?
    My Powerbuilding does not offer coaching for CrossFit, specific Strongman competitions or cardio related goals.
